It feels strange to be back and settled down, after traveling around for 6 months. During my time away, my tiny room in Mont-Saint-Aignan become home for three months and even then I was usually gone, traveling round the region during weekends.
Although I'm thankful for all that I've seen and experience, and do not regret embarking on such an adventure, I never thought that traveling would feel so tiring. I swear, travel fatigue is not to be underestimated.
Oh, and I definitely missed my wardrobe. Having lived out of a duffel for three months with only 4 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of shorts and a button up shirt, it feels good to be able to pick and choose.
Also, did I mention my bed?
